1. What is MLKD?

2. Who can participate?
Researchers, academicians, practitioners, industry professionals, and postgraduate students from around the world are welcome.

3. Can I attend without presenting a paper?
Yes. Participants are welcome to attend the conference without submitting a paper.


Paper Submission

4. How do I submit my paper?
All submissions must be made through the official conference submission system before the submission deadline.

5. Can I submit an abstract only?
Please refer to the conference submission guidelines. Some tracks may accept abstracts, while others require full papers.

6. Can I revise my submitted paper?
Yes, revisions are allowed before the submission deadline.

7. Can I submit work that has been published elsewhere?
No. Submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and not under review by another conference or journal.

8. What language should I use?
All submissions and presentations must be in English.


Review Process

9. How are papers reviewed?
Each paper undergoes a rigorous peer-review process conducted by qualified reviewers.

10. When will I receive the review results?
Authors will be notified according to the Important Dates announced on the conference website.


Registration

11. When should I register?
Registration opens after paper acceptance and must be completed before the author registration deadline.

12. Does every author need to register?
At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration for the paper to be included in the conference program.

13. Can one registration cover multiple papers?

Presentation

14. What presentation formats are available?
Depending on the conference edition, presentations may include onsite oral presentations, online presentations, or poster presentations.

15. How long is an oral presentation?

16. Do you provide presentation templates?
Yes. Official presentation templates will be available on the conference website.

17. Can a co-author present the paper?
Yes, provided the presenter is a registered participant.


Publication

18. Will all accepted papers be published?
Only papers that successfully complete the review process and satisfy all conference requirements will be considered for publication.

19. Is publication guaranteed after acceptance?
No. Authors must submit the final camera-ready paper, complete registration, and comply with all publication requirements.

20. Will selected papers be invited to journals?
High-quality papers may be recommended for publication in collaborating journals, subject to each journal's independent peer-review process.


Certificates

21. Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Registered participants and presenters will receive an electronic certificate after the conference.


Registration Fees

22. What does the registration fee include?
The registration fee generally includes conference participation, presentation, conference materials, certificate, and publication consideration (where applicable).

23. Are refunds available?
Registration fees are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated by the conference organizers.
