Special Issue

Following the conference, the Program Committee chairs may nominate a selection of outstanding papers for consideration in a special issue of the Machine Learning and Knowledge Discovery (MLKD) to outstanding journal (proposals under evaluation). 

In collaboration with the journal's Editorial Board, the conference organizers will evaluate the nominated papers based on their scientific quality, originality, significance, and alignment with the journal's aims and scope.

Authors of selected papers will be invited to submit substantially extended versions of their conference papers for the journal's standard peer-review process.

An invitation to submit does not guarantee acceptance, as all manuscripts must satisfy the journal's editorial standards and successfully complete the review process.
